1. Description of the Service

Verbalist is an SEO automation platform that uses artificial intelligence to:

Analyze search results (SERP) for specific keywords
Extract and analyze competitor content
Identify success patterns in positioned content
Generate content optimized for SEO, AEO, GEO and AI search
Optimize existing content

2. Registration and Account

To use the Service, it is necessary to create an account providing accurate and complete information. The user is responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of access credentials
All activities that occur through their account
Immediately notifying any unauthorized use of the account

3. Use of the Service

The user agrees to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to:

Use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Violate third-party intellectual property rights
Generate defamatory, offensive or illegal content
Attempt to access unauthorized systems or data
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
Resell or sublicense the Service without authorization

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, algorithms, interface, documentation and trademarks, are the exclusive property of NUR or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Content generated by the Service at the user's request is the property of the user, who assumes full responsibility for its use and publication.

5. Generated Content

The user acknowledges and accepts that:

Content is generated through artificial intelligence and may require review
NUR does not guarantee search engine positioning
The user is responsible for verifying the accuracy of content before publication
The user is responsible for respecting third-party rights in published content

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Access to the Service may be subject to payment according to the pricing plans published on the website. Payments are:

Due in advance according to the chosen periodicity (monthly or annual)
Non-refundable, except as provided by law
Subject to automatic renewal unless cancelled

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
NUR does not guarantee specific SEO positioning results
NUR is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages
NUR's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months

8. Suspension and Termination

NUR reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service in case of:

Violation of these Terms
Non-payment
Improper or abusive use of the Service
Request from competent authorities

9. Modifications to the Terms

NUR reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the website or by email. Continued use of the Service after communication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the Service, the Court of Mantua shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except in cases where the law provides for a mandatory forum in favor of the consumer.
